SHAREPOINT DIRECTIONS for STUDENTS from HOME

Open Internet Explorer (browser window).
On the menu bar at the top, click Tools-Internet Options.
Select the Security tab at the top, click on theTrusted Sites icon, and the Sites... button.

Remove the check from “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.”

In the dialogue box, “Add this website to the zone” type in the URL
http://www.vbstudents.com

Click the Add button.
Also add  http://studentportal.vbschools.com  and http://portal.vbschools.com as Trusted Sites.
Click OK and OK

Exit Internet Explorer and reopen a NEW Internet Explorer, browser window.

For the URL address, type in http://www.vbstudents.com and click GO or Enter.
The following window should open:

Click on Instructional Login.
 

When this login window appears, enter StudentNumber@vbstudents.com
and the student’s password. Click OK.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The following screen should open. 

Click on your name, and your private SharePoint site should appear.
